Add Citric Acid (20%) q.s. to adjust pH as needed
Mixing Procedure
Into a suitable vessel equipped with mixing capabilities, add D.I. Water, Glycerin, Colloidal Oatmeal, and Triethanolamine, and mix well at 75° C.
In a separate container add mineral oil, stearic acid, isopropyl myristate, and cetearyl alcohol and ceteareth mixing at 75° C. Add to the main mixture and mix for 10 minutes at 75° C.
Cool to 40° C and add fragrance and preservative and continue to cool to room temperature while mixing. Add citric acid to adjust pH to 6-7 and q.s. to 100% with D.I. Water. Stop mixing.
