Mixing Procedure
Into a suitable vessel equipped with mixing capabilities, add D.I. Water and Carbopol Polymer slowly with rapid agitation until dispersed. Add glycerin and mix. Add Colloidal Oatmeal slowly with rapid agitation. Add Ethanol, fragrance, and Triethanolamine with moderate agitation until uniform. Q.S. to 100% with D.I. Water. Stop mixing.
