Add Preservative, Dye, Fragrance q.s.
Use Sodium Chloride as needed/q.s. as a thickener/Viscosity Adjuster. Citric Acid (20%) q.s. pH Adjuster
Mixing Procedure
Into a suitable vessel equipped with mixing capabilities, add D.I. Water and Colloidal Oatmeal. Start mixing at 150° Fahrenheit. Add SLS, Cocamide DEA, and Cocamidopropyl Betaine. Mix and cool to 104° Fahrenheit until the mixture looks homogeneous. Add preservative, fragrance and dye and mix well. Adjust viscosity with sodium chloride. Adjust pH if necessary with citric acid. Q.S. to 100% with D.I. Water. Stop mixing.
