This naturally derived, sulfate free, and EO free baby wash features Ultra Mild, which is an optimized concentrate that was developed for ease \of use in creating formulations that are ultra mild to skin and eyes. It is equivalent in irritancy profile to industry leading baby washes while at the same time providing high foaming, dense luxurious lather. Ultra Mild can be cold-processed and viscosity is easily adjusted with moderate electrolyte and/or pH adjustments.

Add preservative, dye, and fragrance as needed.
Add Citric Acid as need to reach pH 5.5-6.5
Mixing Procedure
- Charge D.I. Water into mixing vessel. With rapid but smooth agitation, slowly blend in Polyquaternium-7. Mix until system is completely clear and uniform.
- Slowly blend in Glycerine and mix until uniform.
- With smooth agitation, slowly blend Ultra Mild into the system. Mix until the system is completely clear and uniform.
- Blend in compatible preservative, dye(s), and fragrance as desires
- Adjust formulation to pH 5.5-6.5 with Citric Acid as needed.
