Add Preservative q.s.
Add Citric Acid (20%) q.s. to adjust pH as needed.
Mixing Procedure
Into a suitable vessel equipped with mixing capabilities, add D.I. Water, Propanediol, Colloidal Oatmeal, and Triethanolamine and mix well at 70°C. In a separate container add Stearic Acid, Cetyl Alcohol, and Silicone 350 Fluid mixing at 70°Celsius. Add to the main mixture and mix for 10 minutes at 70°C. Cool to 40°C, add preservative and continue to cool to room temperature while mixing. Add citric acid to adjust pH to 6-7 and q.s. to 100% with D.I. Water. Stop mixing.
